Assign motorcycles to riders for the long term

Delivery fleets do not run on daily handoffs. A rider is assigned a bike for weeks or months, takes it home, and returns it for service. The system needs to track the assignment, the deposit, and the rider's responsibility for the bike during their shift.

Schedule maintenance against real mileage

Delivery bikes accumulate mileage fast. Calendar-based maintenance is not enough. Service intervals should trigger on actual kilometres ridden, with the system surfacing the next due bike before it breaks down on a delivery run.

• Schedule service intervals based on mileage, not just date
• Capture odometer readings at every service and shift change
• Pull bikes from rotation before predicted failure points

Measure profitability per motorcycle and per rider

Margins in delivery are tight. The owner needs to see which bikes earn back their cost and which riders return them in shape. Per-bike and per-rider profitability decides whether a fleet expansion is worth the capital.

• Track revenue per bike against acquisition, maintenance, and insurance cost
• Compare profitability across rider assignments to spot who treats bikes well
• Use the data to decide which models to keep buying and which riders to retain
